How can you install and run programs on a flash drive?

My goal is to run programs and games that require an install from cd from my flash drive on computers that do not have admin access (when typical installation is not possible). I figured that I could install a virtual drive on the flash drive to play without any physical cd’s, then install the actual games on the same drive as well.
What happens if you never click safley remove hardware when removing flash drive?

I do it most of them time , but what are the risks involved when not clicking this to remove the flashdrive, risks meaning data being fragmented and destroyed, are there benefits to clicking it, like a longer life expectancy of the flash drive itself, or does it really not matter?

I saved my shortcuts to a flash drive when I had to restore my factory setting on my laptop. When I plug the flash drive in, it says it can’t locate the location of my files. I have pictures and word documents. I’m not sure if it is because I copied the shortcut and not the file location. Can anyone help?

My girlfriend keeps interrupting me on my pc every few minutes so she can delete from her flash drive because she says a mac will not allow her to completely delete from a flash drive. This seems ridiculous to me? Any thoughts?

For what ever reason my computer has no disk space, but that’s not my problem. I used to have the online game 2moons installed but I had to delete it. Now I have no space to re install it. Is there any way I can install it onto a flash drive so it’s not actually on the computer taking up space all the time?
